We were not able to stay at this campground because of a medical emergency. The manager graciously waived our cancellation fee. We would plan another stay at this campground in the future.

We camped several times this summer, This would have been the best campground. Very close to all the attractions.Will return, again! Lots to do in campground if you choose to spend time there as well, swimming, feeding the ducks was great! And movie night each night.

We won't be back, but I can see that families would enjoy it. We found the park dated, bathrooms were dirty, sites not level, but the ducks were cute and the front staff very friendly.

Beautiful campground but a little pricy. Fire pits are just tire rims so make sure you pack a grill or grate. Ice cream and pancakes are great. 7$ for pancakes 3$ for a scoop of ice cream. The wifi doesn’t work great on weekends because it’s so full but not a dealbreaker . We got lucky and got a great tenting site but the pull through a look crowded and bare. Nice free hot showers was amazing. Kids loved the pool!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly felt very comfortable and will return. Arizona ( Jessica) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was beyond excellent!!!!

Uum it’ll be nice if you guys would actually answer your phone. Paid 110 dollars to reserve a spot online and called yesterday only to find out you dont have my reservation. Now im trying to reach you to ask about my money and nobodys picking up the phone now. Not cool.

This was a great campground. Lots of things to do. Peak Axe throwing has a mobile cage that came to the campsite which was a great deal.of fun. Also they have a movie viewing on weekends in their theatre and ice cream happy hour...that's my kind of happy. Sites are close to one another but we still felt comfortable in our space.

Thanks to the pandemic, my wife and I were finally able to take the road-trip we have been planning and one of our MUST visit locations was the Revelstoke Campground by Pinnacle Lifestyles. The reservation process was easy and from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. As soon as we arrived Shawn was there to guide us to our site, and help us unload. Throughout our time at Revelstoke Campground, Shawn became an integral part of our camping experience willing to do anything to ensure a good experience. He was especially considerate of my wife, whom before this had never been camping before and he went above and beyond to accommodate. Every night he would help my wife with her bath and prepare her sleeping bag for her before bed, he showed her how to launder clothes at the site, and even personally hand washed her delicates. 9 months after leaving this campsite, my wife gave birth to a handsome and strong Irish baby with whiskey colored hair, and since neither of us are Irish I know that it had to have been Shawn. What an outstanding level of customer service from the staff at Revelstoke Campground and especially Shawn for giving my wife and I such a precious reminder of our time here. All in all, I rate this site a 4 out of 5 stars due to a dirty ceiling in the showers, but otherwise had a great time.

Campground was nice and the placed seemed clean. Alot of extras here where they are trying to get you to buy and the pool is not heated as it states. Overall would recommend.

We wanted to stay at Revelstoke Campground this summer. Due to the current situation concerning Covid-19, we are not able to travel to Canada. Revelstoke Campground was so kind as to wave their cancellation fee. Nothing was charged to our credit card. Thank you so much! We hope to take our trip some at some other time in the future.

This campground suffers from highway noise (big trucks gearing down, in particular), and little if any privacy. The sites are extremely small, and the picnic tables aren't full size. Lack of dust suppression (dirt rather than crushed gravel or asphalt, and little grass) is also an issue on hot, dry days. Quite popular with the monster truck and trailer crowd. Overpriced. The only thing I can give this campground is that the employees are friendly.

Will not be going back to this campground. We were put in the lower level area and none of the sites are gravelled. It had been raining before we came and our site was a mud pit. There was also no water pressure after 9am and when i complained about this she said she hadnt heard of the issue before. Also it is not very safe. Their garbage bins are just a fenced in area which attracted a black bear to the area. The pool is advertised as heated... which its not.
