You won't go wrong with Yusuf, the best so far. He takes his time to show you his list of houses and explains the pros and cons of each building. Leo Liu helped us to buy a house in Spring 2021. He first asked about our motives to buy the house and then discussed with us whether buying a house was the best option for us. He listed the pros and cons of buying a house given our unique situation but let us decide. Once we decided to buy the house, he asked about our requirements of the house in detail. Then he worked on finding us the house that meets our needs perfectly in the next few weeks. Some houses looked nice from outside, but the interior design was awful, and Leo would point that out immediately and say let’s check out other houses. We checked out one house that was very spacious and within our budget, but we did not like the current style, and Leo was able to give us an estimate to redesign the house right there. He then asked us to take some time to think about this house and whether it was something we really wanted. Meanwhile, Leo kept on checking the listings and showed us three more houses that met our needs. We liked one of the houses right away and wanted to put in an offer that day. Leo agreed that the house was a good fit and the design was nice, but he still suggested we drive around the neighborhood to see if it’s a community we would want to live in. Once we decided to go with the house, Leo gave us advice on how much to offer and how to bid strategically. He included several conditions that were beneficial to us and picked a great time to submit the offer. Luckily, our offer was accepted with a couple of minor conditions. Then Leo connected us with the lawyer, gave us a list of things we needed to get done before the possession, and communicated with the seller for quite a few times because we wanted to buy certain furniture from the seller. Overall, the entire buying process was fast and smooth. Leo took the effort to understand our situation and needs, only showed us houses that fit our budget, gave us time to think about the house, never pressured us to make any decision, and guided us throughout the process. He understood the Regina real estate market well, was experienced at bidding, and completely acted on buyer’s interests. We have been living in our current house for eight months now, and we are really happy with this purchase. We are very thankful that Leo helped and guided us in buying our first home.
