Pat went far and beyond the call of duty in regards of selling our home. The house needed some much needed care and I didn’t think anyone would buy it and I felt that I was facing a foreclosure. Pat reassured me that it will eventually sell. He hired cleaners, painters, and repair people to fix up the house as I am living out of province and couldn’t do it. He eventually found a buyer but we had a shortfall after adding all expenses of selling. Pat helped us figure out the shortfall and was able to close the deal.
