Any issue that arose was dealt with promptly and that made me feel like they valued their clients unlike the average landlord. Their property had modern designs and the adjacent tenants were good neighbours. An excellent value for money and commitment, I would definately recommend them to families/ single persons looking for a great home, with good neighbours.

Rented with leenan for 2 years. Good, well maintained building. Close to my workplace which was a big bonus. They were very prompt in responding to maintainance issue at first. Sarah was very nice to us and ensured we were comfortable then she got a new position and no longer dealt with customer service. A new person came in and we didn’t have the best time afterwards. As they were going through some changes, they were not easily accessible. Although they had an online portal which made it easier without having to phone them directly, we still didn’t get prompt responses. They have great potential just need to do a bit more work to get there

Be cautious come deposit return time. Property management is known to try and overcharge a bit, but they will do it grossly. Was charged (without agreement) a huge amount just clearly not even possible for that small of apartment, there were fabricated damage claims without my agreement or signature anywhere, and the communications with the landlord at The Williamson are unprofessional to say the least. Trying to figure out which contracted cleaner is used at such high estimates is apparently not possible - very strange and untrustworthy. In dispute now - if you have a similar story PM me. In case anyone is considering renting int he future, see the attached pictures and you'll get a sense of what they feel justified charging $400 cleaning for.

I have lived with Leenan Property Management for two months going on three, my first few days on the property I was verbally abused and physically assaulted by an already residing tenant, when I had called officers to help with the situation Leenan Properties gave me a lease warning for having officers at the location, I have been disrespected on multiple accounts by the building manager Karen. My unit has not had sufficient heat to warm up my unit since December 22nd, maintenance and management have failed to properly address this matter in -50 Saskatchewan weathers. Highly do not reccomend renting with Leenan Property Management as they do not care about the safety of their tenants nor do they professionally address sever maintenance concerns.

I moved here last July 1, 2021 and I like the way the staff handled my request especially when I reported the cockroaches she immediately sent a pest control team to my unit.

Overall they run their company very strange. They ask everyone to submit a damage deposit by etransfer, and whoever sends it first gets the rental. When leaving I was told I would get my damage deposit refund within 7-10 business days. After waiting a few weeks, and phoning 5-6 times I was finally able to get in touch with the management. They said the damage deposit was sent on the 6th of the month. It eventually got to me, and the envelope was dated to the 19th of the month. I don’t know if they were lying to me or just super disorganized. UPDATE: I was on the phone with someone who is responsible for this. She said they sent the cheque on the 6th, and that they would put a stop payment. I quickly ran down to the mailbox to check again and the cheque was there. I called back to let them know. My first statement doesn’t change. They must be disorganized since someone allegedly did re-issue the cheque, but the person I talked to was unaware of this. Still wouldn’t recommend. Whatever happened to sorry for the inconvenience lol. I wouldn’t recommend this company strictly because of the bizarre way they do business.

We had a serious health crisis and couldn't afford rent anymore. Gave 30 days notice and she was great about it. Completely understood and accepted the notice. Then, during the walk through, told us she was keeping the whole security for next months rent even though she told us the 30 days notice was fine and we had nothing to worry about. After the walk through she locked us out of the portal and wouldn't return any calls or texts. Never gave us a written reason of why she was keeping the security deposit, never gave us a copy of the walk through etc. Contacted the Rentalsman and was told she cannot keep a security deposit for rent. Messaged her that (but as a professional company you would think she already knows that). Extremely disappointed in the unprofessional manner of this "company".

My wife and I were between homes, looking for a place to live. During this time we were in the hospital as my wife was giving birth to our first born child. Stressing about being in between homes, we went on a search to find a home for when we were released, we came across a Leenan Homes for rent. We called and they were immediately available and went above and beyond to get us into one of their homes. They ensured us that everything would be ready, not to stress and that they would have everything in order for us for when we were released from the hospital. When we arrived to the home, they were there to greet us, congratulate us and welcome us to our new home. As I said they went above and beyond. While we were the second family to live in this home, they did an amazing job with getting the house ready for us. Even though we were just looking for a house the details of each space in the house was incredible and very well thought out. The quality of the home was spectacular and could have not asked for a more perfect home for our new family. We are incredibly lucky to have found a home built by Leenan Homes.
