Great, honest communication along the way and some awesome extras that we didn't expect (ie: help with staging and professional family photos) really made them stand out. I appreciate honesty the most and having this from Mikes saved me a ton of headache and stress during this big moment in my life. I loved that when I found a house I thought I would like to see, he would get all the background information and let me know based on what I was looking for if it was going to meet my expectations or not. I think a great realtor should do that because it really emphasizes that he has taken the time to really get to know his client and assess their needs. Once the time came to actually purchase my home, to this day I am still so amazed at how he made it all come together. We saw the house, wrote an offer, and had it accepted before 1:00pm the same day. Not everyone is so lucky! I am forever grateful that he found me my dream home and made it so painless. The biggest thing I appreciated out of this all was the trust he built with me through the process. I could rely on him to get me the best house for me price range, and know he always had my best interests. He also provided support and words of wisdom when I got too into my own head about the process. Again, making me and what I wanted the priority. He also helped me understand all the legal papers, highlighted important information, and even went as far as recommending people to help me get my ducts cleaned, minor renos, and other things - all which I have used and been extremely happy with. Since I purchased my home and moved in, I have literally told everyone to use him when they buy a house. He made me feel like I was number 1 the whole time and I never felt like just another number in a list of clients. Lastly, he also made sure to touch base and visit after the possession date to make sure there where no issues and address any concerns. I appreciated this so much because even though the buying relationship was done, he still took the time out of his own day to make sure his client was satisfied. Thank you a million times over again for the amazing experience Mike and finding me my beautiful home!
