(Translated) I do not recommend anyone to take an apartment with SDG. Yes the apartments are "charming" with their wooden wall, but this hides a poor maintenance on their part. Half of my calls were never returned resulting in several issues that persisted for a very long time. I was even asked to solve some problems myself because the employee on duty did not want to come! In addition to the terrible service, several people have come to our accommodation without warning to make apartment visits, which is of course against the law protecting tenants. I don't know what is worse between knowing the law and the transgressed, or working in the middle and not even knowing the basic laws. I will spare you the very long list of problems that I had in just two years at SDG because it has no place here, but if you are looking for an apartment, stay away from this company. (Original) Je ne recommande a personne de prendre un appartement avec SDG. Oui les appartements sont "charmants" avec leur mur de bois, mais cela cache un entretient bâclé de leur part. La moitié de mes appels n'ont jamais été retourné, ce qui resulte en plusieurs problèmes qui ont persisté très longtemps. On m'a même demande de régler certains problèmes moi même parce que l'employé de service ne voulait pas se déplacer! En plus du service exécrable, plusieurs personnes se sont présentés a notre logement sans avertissement pour faire des visites d'appartements, ce qui est bien sûr contraire à la loi protégeant les locataires. Je ne sais pas ce qui est pire entre connaître la loi et la transgressé, ou travailler dans le milieu et ne même pas connaître les lois de base. Je vous épargne la très longue liste de problèmes que j'ai eut en seulement deux ans chez SDG car cela n'a pas sa place ici, mais si vous cherchez un appartement, tenez vous loin de cette société.
