Everything is perfect except their Gym wich has no weights or spinners etc. Just 4 machines. Have to invest on some new equipments which will help the guest during their visit. The rest everything is perfect.

Amazing location and price. New building, clean units, friendly staff at the main desk. Better than a hotel, as you get a full condo with kitchen and laundry, for half the cost of the hotels in the area.

Good place to stay. Close to everything. They need to invest in their gym so some of the guests who spend longer should have access to functional gym during their vacation. Not impressed with the gym apart from that everything was good.

Good full size apartment with all utensils and other requirements included. We had a partial open (no walls just glass) 2 bedroom apartment with laundry services and almost everything you need in a home was there or could be made available. The underground parking is extra. The building is walking distance from most of the stuff you will explore in the old city and is neat clean, comfortable, maintained. Worth it.^_^

Very nice place to stay. Lots of small apartments. They are very nice and have everything you need to cook in the apartment if you want. Staff is there for questions 24/7 and the outside doors require keys to enter the building so it feels very safe. They do goofy things with the sheets on the beds but everything is clean, nothing broken. Lots of light through the big windows. Would stay again.

(Translated) We stayed in one of their apartments with my tate and my cousin for 2 nights. The welcome from Chloe was perfect. The setting and location are perfect very close to the Porte Saint Jean. The view and the setting are impeccable. Private parking costs $ 20 a day which is super cheap. I therefore strongly recommend choosing this place that allows you to live like Quebecers. Be careful though to do your shopping before arriving because there is no food store nearby. Also plan to add $ 90 for end-of-stay cleaning and parking, which increases the bill but remains far below a hotel with parking and restaurants. (Original) Nous avons séjourné dans un de leurs appartement avec ma tate et ma cousine pendants 2 nuits. L'accueil de Chloé était parfait. Le cadre et l'emplacement sont parfaits tout près de la Porte Saint Jean. La vue et le cadre sont impeccables. Le parking privé coûte 20 dollards par jour ce qui est super bon marché. Je recommande donc vivement de choisir ce lieu qui vous permet de vivre comme des québécois. Attention tout de même de faire vos courses avant d'arriver car pas de commerce alimentaire tout près . Prévoyez aussi d'ajouter 90 dollars pour le ménage de fin de séjour ainsi que le parking ce qui augmente la note mais reste très en dessous d'un hôtel avec parking et restaurants.

The location and cleaniness is excellent. But we rent app 331 and when arrive they give us the key of app 313 and told us because some culture does not like 13 they state 31 instead of 13. And i said if i am from the poeple who do not like 13 ... But unfortunetley no one even say sorry. It was so disappointing.

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in August of 2017 (we live in SC in the US) for a one week Christmas holiday in Québec City. 19 hours before we were to get on the plane (on December 22), the company called us and told us the apartment we had reserved (with a 30% downpayment) was unavailable. No explanation why. We booked this apartment specifically because we needed 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and we needed a gym in the building. The company offered us a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, or a different apartment in another part of town with no gym. Both options were unacceptable. We looked online at other possibilities in Québec City, but with only a few hours notice, and at Christmas, there were no good options. We were forced to cancel our trip. Of course our (first class) airline tickets were non-refundable and of course the company did not compensate us for this loss. Do not trust this company. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Great staff. Spacious and well maintained condos. Attached pics are of condo 311. You get what you see on their website! There was no phone in this one though, hence 1star less than 5!
