I had a death in the family and due to that I forgot to cancel. They went out of their way to say how horrible I am for not cancelling. EVEN THOUGH I apologized and explained what happened. I only hope they are not treated with the same type of behaviour due to a close family members passing. I don’t think they know what it’s like to be in this state and that you literally cannot function properly after losing someone so close.
