Horrible place, my boyfriend and i were forced out of our home because of pace not fixing water damage repairs we informed them about half a year prior. We were told it was a major repair and were just waiting to hear back from insurance, 6 months go on and we dont hear anything. The last spring rain really destoryed what was left in the roof and interior walls, we let pace know again the damage got worse and they told us we needed to move asap and tried to blame us saying we didnt tell them how bad it was, when they had 3 seperate contractors come look at it when this all started to happen. We lived in black mold for half a year and then the house was deemed unsafe to live in. We have NOTHING good to say about "pace reality" The property manager is childish, she couldnt even deal with us and had to pass us on to a new person when we have been living there for over a year. Of course we were alittle stressed out when all of a sudden we get an EMAIL saying we need to get out asap because its unhealthy. This place is very unprofessional. Id suggest renting from someone else.

The worst company in town by far. It's unfortunate that many nice homes have to deal with these people to have an affordable place to live. Would never get involved with this company again had I known what they were all about. Really discouraging as a first time home buyer. They are liars and will say anything to not be held accountable for misconduct. They are a bunch of bullies who will try to make you feel like you have no rights in order to avoid some paperwork. Remember: if you live in a strata that the property management company WORKS FOR YOU not against you and are employees of YOUR strata. Don't let some good places in Prince George go down the drain with PACE.

LOVE!!! These guys. On the ball, helpful and handled everything. Willetta was fantastic. Took great care of my properties. We have awesome tenants. Get our rent every month and an easy to read statement that we just drop at our accountants. Receptionist is very helpful. Susan always answers our questions promptly. Can’t say enough good things.

Reception seems uneducated on how to talk to and/or process potential renters for their property management and I was forwarded to a voicemail after this painful conversation. I left a detailed and polite message to which I never heard back. Big thumbs down. Hard enough to find somewhere to rent in this town, quite the let down when you think you've found a suitable place ????

Not professional. Will give wrong information to you just to shut you up. They make stories up to cover their mistakes and if you go checking they make you feel like you are wrong to be checking.

I had rented through this company for three years. I had no idea it was possible for such a terrible company to exist. I have never known such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Willetta, the property manager is the absolute worst. One time, our washing machine broke and it took her THREE weeks to even respond to the emails/phones calls as I had been trying to get a hold of her. It was unbelievable, it was as though she was screening my phone calls. It was in the midst of the pandemic and i had two children at home. I had to lug all my laundry to get it cleaned with both my kids for a month and a half, plus the additional cost of the laundromat, it was a headache. I called the office every day and the receptionist would take my information and they would never call me back. This is just ONE example of the horrible customer service we experienced through this "service" but it is more like a disservice, because it is downright disrespectful to treat people this way. Anyway if you are the owner of a rental and you want to go through this business I would say don't do it. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Holly is a horrible property manager. She is extremly rude and condensending to owners. As an owner of a townhouse in a complex she manages she has done nothing but been arrogant and hard to work with. Although We live in a poorer part of town we pay one of the higher strata's in the city (which i understand is our strata council) however when i hear other strata's paying 100 + less a month and the grounds maintence shovel right to the doors and we can not even get a decent clean up around our complex there is an issue. After talking to a few of the owners i was not surprised i am.not the only owner who has experianced this. I have been asking since febuary to get my outside outlet fixed and now it is November and it is still not fixed. I am a First Responder and in dire need of my vehicle to get to work.

They are kinda slow to fix things sometimes, though other times quite quick. What's nice e is that at least in my experience, they do seem to want to ensure steady, long term renters and even dissuade rent increases (going on four years living here and only one increase and it was the legal amount, no funny business). Overall, a good experience. Wish they were open weekends and more repair people contacts but otherwise, good

Poor management I've ever seen in my life. If a tenant call the property management to fix something in their house. First they will put calls on voicemails and never get back to them. Just in case if they fix a little thing in house then they will charge tenant the bill not the owner. I would not suggest anyone getting their help.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! The most unprofessional management company we have ever used. They are unresponsive, disconnected and flat out negligent. Their unprofessional conduct ended costing us tens of thousands of dollars. The accounting is always weeks late and inaccurate, their managers are careless and we suffered from frozen pipes in an entire building as a result. Tenants abandoned the properties after causing extensive damage and they simply had no control over the situation. Self Manage before using Pace Management - you will thank me!

Communicating with Pace Realty for property management services is beyond difficult. I've been contacting one person or another for over 7 months to answer a simple question, and I still have no answer. The level of customer service is terrible in my opinion and, quite frankly, unprofessional.

My Pace agent Courtney is awesome, things fixed immediately, the owner did a total over haul on the house I am renting (full house painted, things repaired, balcony redone). The after hours thing well so far there has been no emergency for that but if there was I would just contact the contractor to fix what ever could not wait until Monday and take it off the next months rent per the L&T Act. I think this company is on the ball and treats their renters very well over all.

Terrible experience. DO NOT use them for property management. Renters through Pace left our rental in shambles. Will not own up to anything. Let the tenant smoke in the home even though the agreement specifically stated NONSMOKER

I hired this company to select tenants for my rental properties. The Property manager Let my units vacant way too long considering the huge demand for properties. She was rude to the perspective tenants, stood them up, does not respond to email or phone calls and has horrible communication. They moved people into my house and didn’t inform me for weeks. I tried to speak to the owner about my many concerns and the complaint ya I had received from multiple tenants about them,they would not meet with me or respond to my emails or phone calls. The owner yelled at me and threatened to have me removed when I went to the office and tried to speak with her and she told me to take them to court. The owner has no ethics and is completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They cost me thousands of dollars and ignored my complaints. Stay away. They only get 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option. The owner is absolutely the problem. The previous review is totally accurate, they cannot keep staff. It’s a revolving door of people working there. The tenants they chose for me after completing their “background and reference checks” had the police called on them with if the first two weeks. Turns out they were in a current dispute with their previous landlord over damage to their previous suite. The previous landlord wasn’t even contacted by Pace at all and I wasn’t informed about any of it.

Absolutely horrible managment company. They left properties in prince George with flooded sewage basements for several days. Do not use this company for anything. Impossible to get a hold of. Very unprofessional, disdisrespect and done right useless. I wouldn't let their manager Holly M. manage a wet paper bag. Run from this company and never look back. update Jan 2020 --- all the changes listed below are still useless. Worst run company I've ever had to deal with. Don't rent properties in Prince George that are managed by Pace.

It’s good to see that Pace Property Management is consistent at being horrible at their Job!!!! They run (attempt to run) Alpine Village. There are ALWAYS tons of UNSUPERVISED kids everywhere. NEVER ONE PARENT IN SIGHT!!!! Kids screaming and carrying on each and everyday past 10:00PM. It’s clearly a situation of parents not wanting to parent. Each of these kids are a pay day for these LAZY PARENTS. It’s easier for these LAZY PARENTS to put their kids outside and let the surrounding neighbours deal with their kids and the chaotic behaviour that follows them. It’s time for you LAZY PARENTS to get off your butts and be a damn parent!!!! Pace Property Management are a huge part of this problem!!!! They have NO balls to stand up to these LAZY PARENTS!!!! Instead they send around frivolous INFRACTION NOTICES for absolute nonsense!!!! Do your job Pace!!!!

Extremly unresponsive and unfriendly. The manager was terrible to deal with. The front desk staff were unfriendly . They were extremly unresponsive with call backs or e mails. When we were approved for move in they wouldn't take a visa payment for deposite. The only person who was of any help and at all friendly was the assistant manager who stepped in while the manager was off.

The owner is the problem with this firm "apparently" going under. Unscrupulous and very greedy, questionable practices, can not keep staff. Self-manage before using unless you love electronic and distant management services with your communication mostly ignored and expect to pay through the nose for any little thing and understand that this company will protect themselves and not you.

I recently viewed some houses for rent and none of them were a good fit (it happens). So one of the managers reached out to me asking what I was looking for since they have new rentals coming up. I got ignored multiple times and whenever I would phone the office, it would go straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I was relying on their resources and professionalism.
