Great property managers! Blake is the best. We have worked with him for years and is by far the best property manager we have worked with. He is very responsive, professional, and always does what he says he will do. We can rely on him to take great care of our properties! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PM for their rentals.
Very good service, and they get that we want the right person, just not any person as a tenant. We have turned all our properties over to Caledonia, because we trust them.
Mark Knoedler helped me with my purchase. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the market and the various properties we looked at. Caledonia also has excellent property management services. Blake, the property manager provides quality work and prioritizes emergency work and repairs. I highly recommend Caledonia's real estate and property management services.

They are a really good place to go if you need subsidised housing. Blake is a really nice guy. Easy going and, willing to work with you. Great guy for helping out families. Brittany the receptionist.. not so much. Be careful with the receptionist. Kinda rude.
Unit 4 1617 Queensway Blake doesn't reply to his emails from tenants. They charged me for damages that where there when I moved in. The receptionists are all rude and act annoyed to do their jobs. Blake is one of the worst property managers and his wife as well does not respond to emails or calls. Save yourself the hassle and don't even consider Nest as an option. THE ABSOLUTE WORST Edit: I emailed Blake to the email he left and I never heard a response. Unbelievable
horrible absolutley horrible, they want to rise the price in mice infested apartments, force the disabled people out and do NOT care about their tenants, they WILL ignore your requests, they have HORRIBLE communication skills. DO NOT RENT UNDER THEM. They only want your money. Horrible management, horrible communication. Forcing you to buy SUPPLIES FOR THEIR APARTMENTS and will not lower your rent for one month to PAY for the screens that YOU have the buy. If your apartment or building gets managed by them be prepared to move out asap.
Called and submitted a request for an electrician to come and fix heater in bedroom at 1977 redwood just over a month ago before it started getting cold and have yet to hear from them and it's to the point where we have to sleep in lined pants cause our sliding door isn't straight in the frame and blowing cold air through. Considering calling an electrician and removing the bill from rent
Blake simply does not care for the tennents DO NOT RENT UNDER THEM, they will not fix or listen to your requests and will simply ignore you. He wants to rise rent in a place where disability people count on the rent being the same. He's a greedy guy who only wants money in his wallet.
They have alot of rentals in prince george, although it took my family from may 2019 to December 2019 to finally get a rental im not calling them anything but i am of aboriginal decent and felt that made a factor, if it did not then not liking me is not a justified enough reason as to say no. Be prepared if you are on assistance, the max welfare allowes anyone with family $750 for rent and single $375 but no where has that low just a warning if u turn in a income verification and it says that it will hurt ur application because that's what they will go by. Everyone knows the remainder comes from food portion of welfare cheque try explaining it to Blake or Brittany, oh and did i forget they were gonna charge me $50 a month to use my air conditioner in the summer apparently it will damage, and if ur caught smoking in ur unit or unannounced pets or guests ur also kicked out.
Nest took over my current rental where I live, new buyer purchased the building. They took possession in August and have not provided any tenant agreement, nor have they returned any phonecards. I have been asked the same questions 5x from their staff, who always call back and ask the same questions, I've already awnsered. They only contact me when they want their rent money, but when I notified them that there are cockroaches coming up from the basement suite below me, I have not heard a thing from them in a month and a half. My home is infested with cockroaches, and nest is refusing to contact any of us tenants to do their job correctly. Very unprofessional, and disorganized. Can't wait to move out of this place and into a place where the landlord actually cares about their tenants. Nest doesn't return phone calls, or follow up with tenants, and apperantly doesn't give rental agreements by email as they state they do. We're going on 3months of them taking possession of our rental, and not one peice of paper has been given to us the tenants. Nor has the recent cockroach issue been tended to from the downstairs tenants bringing them into the building.

They took over property management of my Strata Appartment several years ago. Other than the challenges I faced over winter heat challenges where Management and Strata communication was interrupted by a long weekend, they do a great job of managing property 'remotely'. I found they were willing to discuss something rather than threaten eviction, I imagine that to be same for all properties. I'm nobody special
Called Mark Knoedler, he seemed disinterested in speaking with me and abruptly ended the call after 2 minutes. Will not be using Nest to represent me in any future purchases, nor for any property management services for my real estate holdings in Prince George.
I reside in Kitimat B.C. I have been doing renovation for homeowners as a local worker with amazing reviews/feedback. Blake Buckham Nest Realty took over a property i was working on. Blake refers to me and my previous employer as UNRELIABLE. Blake cares not for tenant nor homeowner but merely his wallet. He wouldn't hire me on for similar jobs but instead hires his wife and friends from out of town to come into Kitimat and take food of my table. Most companies come into town with resolve. They employ locally and promote good feedback reviews. Nest Realty makes" Pace Realty " number one in my books for realtor working with local and promoting local growth with joint ventures within Kitimat. If Blake Buckham is the face of "Nest Realty" Than I encourage all local kitimat to look for a reliable realtor. Thanks and I will post and share this damaging experience with my neighbors and locals.

The apartment I rented was in the worst I've ever stayed in. I had food thrown at my door in the hallway. I had a piece of my window frame missing resulting in almost $250 worth of heating bill over like 3 months. I was given access to my mail box for the first time on the day I moved out. The carpet smelled like cat urine from before I even moved in. It took a month to get my electricity hooked up. My only complaint though is that the only one of these issues that was resolved was the crock pot of stew was cleaned up after two phone calls and a polite but passive agresive email. I would not give this company another dime.
We had given months notice of moving out, made arrangements ahead of time for a move out inspection which we would be present for, we also gave email reminders of the dates, Employee showed up, insisted on not doing an inspection with us, said she'd come back when its convenient. Absolutely disgusting
I would highly recommend Blake and his team as your next property manager. Very professional and easy to deal with. Always considers the bottom line when making any decision.

Speaking from a point of view as an investor who have entrusted Nest Property Management to oversee and manage my real estate investments , I have nothing but high praise and respect to the management and staff for the work that they done on my behalf. Nest Realty takes the worrying and stress that myself as a landlord encountered in the past , which included the day-by-day responsibility of looking after these buildings and dealing with tenants. They are easily accessible , promptly return calls, address any issue and or concerns that I may or have encountered and suggestions regarding real estate investments. I cannot overstate how diligent and hard working the entire management and staff is . A monthly statement detailing all transactions including rents , invoices for work done etc. Investing in Real Estate as a Landlord for me has now become a worry-free , I buy Properties and turn it over to Nest Realty for them to manage. The selection process for tenants is very through . I like the service ,they are very professional, and I highly recommend Nest Realty to both Landlords and Tenants.
I have used Nest Property Mangement to find good tenants for my newer rental. Blake and Brittany and the entire staff were excellent in finding good tenants for my property. They did a good job screening potential tenants and kept me informed at all times. Blake was very knowledgeable about the market and even provided great contractors to complete the basement of our property. I have used them on a couple of different occasions and have been really impressed with the quality professional services they provide.
They don’t care about their tenants, I sent several emails and called lots of times for repairs but all I got excuses. Bad management, bad customer services. I don’t recommend those guys, very bad experience.
My well employed daughter and her boyfriend have been dealing with nest for over a month now. They have been desperately looking for a home for them and their son, no one will return emails or phone calls. They say they have 21 places available.. hard working kids who need a home and ignored. Very unprofessional..
Pretty reasonable and understanding good with thier pricing on units n very helpful all around thou only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is they r bit on the slow side when it comes to maintenance when i moved in i was told they planned to cover the base wood on the balcony that just is splinter city n still have yet to do so months later also door at my building has been broken with a use other door for almost two weeks
