Although I've never met Marta, I have to say that this agency has an exceptional level of customer service. I own a property on an island in Nova Scotia that once represented a dream, but I now need to pass on. I picked out the Del Mar agency because it was the closest to the property, and I've found a local agent to be the best. Marta thus has far exceeded my expectations in all respects. She is knowledgeable, gives freely of her time, and is truly generous and gracious. She also appears to to be exceptionally savvy on the markets both in North America and Europe as well. A European sale can make a difference between a profitable sale and a loss. Marta has my highest recommendation.
