Its been slightly over two years that I moved into my new home. Kim Robinson was my realtor. Not sure where to begin. The house I was moving from was sold, or so I thought. Kim found me a home after many showings, she was very patient with my son and I because I was somewhat of a difficult buyer first time doing this on my own. She found this house that I was to be mine, we negotiated a price with the seller’s thanks to Kim’s great negotiating skills. She definitely puts clients first not commission. To make a long story short the financing of the house I was selling were having issues and delayed my process of moving. Kim worked out all the particulars with the sellers of my new home. She was the rock because the situation was a very stressful time and looked hopeless. She negotiated a different closing date for me and avoided any legal actions against me due to the buyers of my house. Kim arranged for a lawyer on my behalf and went to the appointments with me. Addressed issues I would never have thought of. I’m really not sure how this would have turned out if Kim wasn’t in my corner. Her negotiating, her experience, her compassion for her clients is second to none.
