Carl was a guiding light in a difficult situation, always providing positivity and reassurance in this competitive real-estate market. Carl helped us explore our options (i.e. expand our current home or buy bigger), and did extensive research in the market value of our home. He also used his vast knowledge of the region to help us find a new home that met our needs. As expecting parents, my partner and I needed to make several big decisions. From the beginning, Carl was there to answer all our questions. He patiently guided us through what all our options looked like and without ever applying pressure either way. He offered support/resources to help us make the most informed decisions for our family. Once we reached our decision to sell/buy, he then guided us through our house sale and purchase of our new home. When things got stressful, he was always there to offer a reassuring ear and help us find solutions. This ultimately lead us to selling our house over our original asking price and purchasing the perfect home for our growing family. He always patiently listened and put our needs first. For example, we hadn’t realized the roof on the old house needed replacing, and in the end, we couldn’t find the funds to do so. Once we explained this situation to Carl, he guided us in a direction where replacing the roof wasn’t necessary. Carl is creative in his selling strategies and confident in his knowledge of the market. He is well versed and was willing to show houses anywhere in the Niagara Region. He is also well connected to his community and has partnerships that will help his clients save money (i.e. discounts on lawyer and home inspector fees). He and his partner Rob even spent a few days at our old house painting the outside to increase its curb appeal. During this time, the current home owners popped by and were so impressed that they put in an offer that very night. Carl always listened to our needs/fears and patiently and professionally carried out his duties as a realtor. In our opinion, Carl should be listed as one of the top agents in the region. If you’re looking to buy/sell a property, you will not go wrong working with this team from Peak Reality! They have a great sense of humour, a tremendous work ethic, and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Carl Begin of Peak Performers Realty Inc. helped my husband and I find our starter home back when we were newlyweds in 2016. We knew that it was only a temporary living space as we started our life together, and once we had a family it was time to search for what would potentially be our forever home. There was never any doubt in reaching out to Carl for this move as well, even years later. Though I was a little hesitant in how fast the process of actually selling our cute little house was (we hadn’t yet found a new one), both Carl Begin and his business partner, Rob Dicorrado, assured us that they wouldn’t settle when it came to making sure we were happy and confident in our purchase. When nothing on the market was interesting us or checking all of our nonnegotiable boxes, Carl asked us if any houses that were not for sale had caught our eye. Sure enough, a house that was listed a year prior and then taken off the market was always in our mind as “the ideal home for us”. Carl hand-delivered a letter to the home owners, letting them know that he had clients who were interested, and the rest is history. We now live in our forever home as a family, where our children have a big backyard to run around in, and where we felt at home the second we walked through the door. None of this would have panned out if not for the relentless drive of both Carl and Rob. From selling our initial home in less than a week, to closing the deal on our dream house that wasn’t even listed, these realtors knew what they were doing. Their professionalism and knowledge was and is still greatly appreciated. Though we plan to stay put now ourselves, I cannot recommend this realty duo enough.
