Chris rules, plain and simple. I'm a first time buyer and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. I first contacted him last June to purchase a home and that began our search in Niagara. He was always readily available and willing to show me around for any new listings that came up. Always willing to answer my many questions along the way and help make sure I was on track with requirements on my end for everything from helping craft an offer and beyond into the accepted offer phase. He didn't disappear once we had the accepted offer either. He kept in touch, followed up, and always had my best interests in mind, regardless whether it was us checking out showings together and being honest of his opinion on places or helping consider the conditions that should be included on individual offers. It wasn't simply about finding something quickly and moving onto his next client. He genuinely cared throughout the whole process and that was clear from the start. Make no mistake, he'll put the work in for you to help you find something. this guy works really hard. Pricing is crazy right now, but he made the search an enjoyable process and we kept our spirits up and the hunt going until I landed an accepted offer a short while after getting in touch with him. He's one of the nicest people I've met and I'm so glad I went with him to help find my first home.
