I've had the pleasure of working on several real estate deals with Brian and Jarrett. They know what it takes to get a property sold. They sold my last house in 1 day and for over asking. The professional photography and drone videos of the property are always a nice touch.

Listed with Brian from DW Howard. Somehow he forgot to mention he had changed to Remax which we had already tried! Then after we told him we were not accepting an offer from a pending sale from another realtor last year he brought them anyways. We ended up taking and accepting their offer. Brian refused to do the right thing and charge us 3%. the fee you would noramly get for selling without another agent. His Remax boss even told him to set things straight. He was handed a client that wasn't his and it was a gimmee! Greedy Greedy Brian Hodge!. We spoke to Dave at DW Howard who confirmed he had left and that Brian was indeed unprofessional! Karma will get you !

Jarrett and Brian listed my mothers house. The listing pictures and video were professionally done and the house looked amazing. The open house was very successful and we closed a deal that same week. The buyers wanted a very quick closing and Jarrett was able to refer a lawyer to make it happen. The seamless transition and DocuSign made it simple to close the deal. The two of them spent the time and money to promote my mothers property and we got a great turn out and wonderful people bought our family home.
