My brother Rick made arrangements with Mallory Whitty to have the property listed on their site. Description and photos were great. Listed on Thursday and Friday we had two appointments for Sunday. Signage was put on the property before 10am Sunday and we had an offer within two hours. Closing was yesterday (July 6, 2020). Thanks for a great job Mallory. I have nothing but good things to say about Kristian Hawboldt and The Property Guys. She was very pleasant to deal with, but more importantly she knew her job. She answered all of our (many) questions and knows her business well. The company Property Guys is a great organization for people who want to sell a property without paying exorbitant real estate fees, allowing the owner to do a lot of the work, but at the same time providing professional sales materials and other sales support. Kristian took professional photos of our property and when we received the resultant sales flyer my wife an I both thought at first it was a general guide to selling. It took us a minute to realize that the pictures were all of our house! A very nice job in producing a pamphlet for prospective buyers that looked so professional. Kristian was very accommodating to our many questions and we were never left worrying that we missed or didn't know something important. Property Guys also does a price comparison of similar houses in the area that have been recently sold, and that helped us determine a selling price. We used a lawyer recommended by Property Guys (although you can use any lawyer of your choice). He was very good, easy to deal with as well, and we ended the final sales transaction feeling happy with everything.
