Always fast to get back to me and appraisal completed in record time. I also have referred many of my customers to MacIvor Properties and heard nothing but great reviews on the service they received. I have to say I love the staff, so friendly and make you feel so comfortable.

Communication is atrocious. The “assessment” took all of 5 minutes, and I spent 4 days calling to try to talk to the assessor about it. He ducked my calls for 4 days and only communicated by text at 11 pm on a Sunday night when I was asleep in bed. I called the office, and was told that they’d get the information I was looking for and call me right back. 6 hours later I called back and was treated like I was a spoilt child bothering every one. I paid several hundred dollars for that assessment and came away feeling like I put them out. AND, The assessment went to the mortgage company without me being able to explain my upgrade that the assessor took less than 2 minutes to look at, and 4 days of ducking me to turn in. Not a good experience.
