In 2017 we were looking for a property and called Lynn. We had a specific area in mind so she showed us the house available. It didn’t suit, but we had heard of another house close buy but listed by a Toronto agent and not very accessible. Lynn immediately got ahold of the agent and got us a showing. Long Read but worth your time: I had the pleasure of working with an absolutely wonderful young lady when I was going through a very hard time and decided to sell my house in Picton. Her name is Holly Found. She listed my home for sale and she did so with understanding and compassion. Holly had a professional photographer visit my home to take photos inside and outside and she provided a service I had not received in any prior sales. She made a website specifically for my home only. Interested parties could see the sign on my yard and just look up the address and there would the link to view my home. Talk about exposure. She certainly spared no expense on faith that a deal would be reached and closed. It wasn't long until Holly had an offer on my home and I had picked a home to move too. My purchase fell through and I couldn't accept the offer that Holly presented to me. I felt so bad inside at having to tell Holly this after all of her hard work. You don't come by people that are truly genuine very often in your lifetime but this sweet girl is the real deal. When I told her of my circumstances and how bad I felt and I was in tears, the only concern that Holly had was that I take care of myself and take some time to be sure of whatever decision I was going to make. There was no pressure to accept the offer and then look for somewhere else to move to. No concern about the expense she must have incurred in listing my home etc. Believe me, I noticed. Two years later, I was in a much better place in my life and had decided to again list my home and move closer to family. There was no doubt as to whom I would be giving the listing to. I immediately contacted Holly and she, without hesitation, agreed to list my home once more. When Holly attended at my home to get the listing documentation signed, she was very professional while being very personal and friendly. She was very diligent in adhering to covid restrictions and online signing software was used wherever possible. Holly had a professional photographer attend at my home once again to take the photos to make sure the listing was updated and which turned out amazingly. She offered suggestions for me to think about before showing my home. I have five cats. I know, crazy. When I say I have five cats I mean I have five babies. It certainly solved the empty nest issue. Anyway, the point is Holly never once judged me for my number of cats or my over the top relationship with each of them. We did have our original phone conversation the first time I listed the home wherein she asked if I could put the cats in a cage in my garage when the house was being shown. My friend was boarding with me at the time and doing dishes in the kitchen. My conversation with Holly was on speaker and my friend was bent over laughing. She knew my reaction and she was so right lol My jaw dropped at the mere suggestion my babies be put in a cage. We worked around it. lol I had bought and sold houses before quite a few times and I have never had this quality of service from anyone. She takes the stress out of the process. She is prompt with replies to your message no matter how small the issue. She is honest with the numbers and the market which is exactly what you need when selling or buying property. If you have made it this far in my rambling, then you have already made your choice. lol Look no further, Holly Prinzen is your girl.
