My husband and I had a very confusing experience when we submitted an offer on a local cottage. This was certainly a learning experience for all concerned.

I dealt with Lori Slik for the purchase of two homes. I don't think I could have found a more County savvy and knowledgeable agent. She knew what we were looking for and when one property came on the market, she called us immediately. It was right and an offer and acceptance was all done in one day. The other came shortly after, but she steered us right and even got a few concessions from the sellers that we didn't think about. We're from out of the County, so having someone this experienced in County affairs in your corner is paramount to a happy purchase.
