I tried to get the agent from this company in contact with another agent to arrange a viewing and due to a name typo of one letter Jim/Tim the agent Alexandra told me not contacting the agency again due to the fact that my name had a typo in it and it was “all too strang” Well if you might have a typo in your first name when signing a letter make sure you correct it before contacting this terrible agency.
