Jessica was fabulous. She was diligent in the search for the type of property we requested. We continued to look online and when we suggested a property that we thought might be a good fit, Jessica reviewed the listing and answered questions we had about the listing but was not addressed online, often saving us unnecessary trips for viewing. Jessica always ensured our offers were completed face to face with ourselves or the sellers (depending on the transactions), often working until past 10pm to fulfill our needs. We will definitely call Jessica again when we have a real estate need.

As a first time home buyer, it goes without saying that I was nervous and absolutely terrified to begin the process of home buying. Lucky for me, I found Jessica Hill. I attended her "first time home buyers" seminar where my list of questions was answered throughout the presentation, leaving me with nothing more to ponder. Every contact I had (and still have) with Jessica is friendly, courteous, enjoyable, professional, and best of all - personal. Jessica took the time to get to know my fiance and I, and the bun we had cooking. Every phone call started with Jessica making sure that everything was coming along well with my pregnancy, and answering questions I had that were entirely unrelated to real estate. When it came time to make an offer, Jessica was there at all hours, even writing a letter to include in the closed offer. After speaking to the sellers at a later date, it turns out that the letter is what did it for them. They were happy to know that their baby girl's room would be for someone else what it was for them. Not only did Jessica go out of her way to help us buy our first home, she was there on moving day, she came by for a visit a few months after to make sure everything was as expected, and brought a special gift for our baby girl. Needless to say, Jessica will be our realtor for life and I look forward to the search for our next home with her and the Parkhill team!

My husband and I purchased our first home with Jessica Hill last summer. Purchasing your first home is a really intimidating experience but Jessica patiently walked us through every step of the way. We thought with this hot housing market, we wouldn’t have been able to afford any home in Peterborough. However, there are still houses available for those with lower-end budgets. It really helps to have someone who specializes with first-time home buyers, who can assist you when buying your first home. When we had viewings, Jessica would look at things we would have never have thought of. Even after the purchase of our home, Jessica still checks in with us from time-to-time to see we are making out with the house. Inspite of having Jessica throughout, Jeff was surprisingly pretty involved in some of the work as well and that's what made this a unique and pleasant experience.
