He met us at our residence and gave us a listing presentation. we were impressed do we decided to sign on with him right away. I swear the next day he had the photographer booked, Shortly after that the brochures were printed and ready for showings! The showings process was super smooth they set us up with a automatic text message booking system (convenient). Our home sold for even more than we had anticipated considering the market (snow on the ground). His assistant Stephanie was fantastic also. We sort of messed up and on our final walkthrough after cleaning for the new owners, we locked the keys inside the unit. She offered to personally drive over to open the lock box for us so we could retrieve (oops, mistake on our part). they were always there for us and honestly considering the commission rate, we were extremely please. It was our first time selling our first home and we couldn’t have gotten ourselves into a more stressful situation – we won a bidding war to purchase another house with a 30 day close, right before putting our own house on the market. This put us at an extreme disadvantage – we needed to sell and we needed to sell fast! Thankfully we had Andrew on our side – we literally met with him for the first time on a Saturday, professional pictures were taken on a Monday, our house was listed Tuesday, and by that same Friday it sold for significantly higher than asking (didn’t even make it to the open house!). His tenacity and strong negotiation skills even allowed us to negotiate a closing date that was 3 weeks earlier than what the buyers wanted, helping us to mitigate costly bridge financing fees. What I think differentiates Andrew from other realtors is that he did his homework, came prepared with a very different and targeted strategy that was tailored to our house, and then executed that with precision and excellence. Even though you can try and negotiate down commissions with other realtors, Andrew’s open, honest, 1% business model meant we were able to avoid that tough conversation. We consider ourselves very demanding clients, so I mean it when I say Andrew gave 110% and exceeded all expectations. In a city full of realtors, he is a real gem and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services wholeheartedly.

We had an opportunity to work with the One Percent Guys. Going into the consultation, we were not sure what to expect and I thought it may be one of those too good to be true situations. We met with Oliver for our consultation, and we were immensely happy. We decided to wait to list our house as we were also looking to buy a new house. We did this so we could work around the closing date of the new house when we sold our current one. When we bought our new house, we reached out to Oliver and we were able to get the pictures taken of the property (which were extremely well done) and the listing up and ready to go in a matter of days. Stephanie (the client care manager) was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. She helped us get our property up as quickly as we wanted to. So, this was going into April 2020 – and I’m sure you are familiar with COVID-19. That made the situation basically unprecedented. We did not know for certain what to expect, especially with all the articles online regarding projected concerns within the market. Oliver remained in touch with us daily, he was kind, upfront, honest, and extremely responsive. Despite the conditions of the market, we managed to accept a conditional offer within just a few days of listing the property. Unfortunately, due to no control of ours or the office, the deal did not go through. Oliver & Stephanie were very quick to act, however. They were able to get our house back on the market, and Oliver took the initiative to reach out to the agents for some of the viewings that were cancelled. Less than 24 hours after the initial deal did not go through, we found ourselves already accepting another offer. This deal went firm. Naturally, we were a little bit worried as this was our first time selling our house. Oliver continually helped us remain positive and did an excellent job of managing our stress levels. Beyond this, Oliver was able to get his lawyer involved in the transaction prior to it becoming firm as there was a condo status certificate to review, and he was able to get some contractor quotes based on the repairs needed from the inspection. Oliver simply went above and beyond, as he wanted to ensure that we got the best and most fair price possible for our house with a full understanding of the situation in front of us and being respectful of our opinions and needs. Not that we plan to purchase or sell a house again anytime soon, but we would absolutely recommend Oliver and this team overall if you are considering it. You will not be disappointed; it truly is a full-service team.

I personally would not recommend Andrew to anybody. When I bought my condo he suggested I wave the inspection because it was a recently converted loft and that there wasn't a need but after moving in and was confronted with a problem that could have been picked up by the inspector , Andrew denied ever advising me to wave the inspection. Also rather than being supported he told me I was simply "passing the blame on" and told me to contact his lawyers. I also found him arrogant and almost like it was a privilege for me to have him working for me. Stay away, there are other agents who are much more professional willing to work for a lower rate.
