I used Groupe Sutton Quebec to sell my condo and help me buy a new one. Bianca Dudin was my agent and she was great. She was with me every step of the way, she answered all my questions, and was very available throughout all the steps to help me through the complicated process. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home. I am not giving them a 5 star review because one of the representatives for the condo I eventually bought was also from Groupe Sutton, and she was less helpful and seemed fairly disinterested in the whole proceedings.

We looked at a house and certain broker was disrespectful towards us (I won't name him since we gave an offer for a house and has our names), he spoke in French with another client and made some comments about us while we were waiting outside, I'm guessing it's because of our skin color. Unfortunately for him, he didn't know that I spoke French and understood everything he said. We live in 2021, I was hoping we were past that kind of behavior, but some people unfortunately never change.
