I can't thank Geoff enough for the help he provided as I searched for a home in the Parry Sound area. Geoff was everything I needed, knowledgeable about the area and about the nuances of buying a home in the north vs. the GTA. He helped educate me on what to look for, potential issues and other red flags. Geoff was also very responsive, answering all my questions or shooting me a quick txt if a more detailed response would be delayed. In the end, Geoff's strategy for submitting my bid helped me secure a home that I think is fanstastic. What's best is that Geoff didn't just take the deal and run, he continued to work with me and provide recommendations for local contractors and service people for the work I wanted (not needed) to have done.
