I proposed a name change from “TheWestTeam” to “TheBestTeam” because of the superb astonishing services I received from the team leading by Josh West under the Parent Realty “Keller Williams Integrity Realtor”. I had a property for sale and I contacted many realtors seeking visitations of my property and price advice. At the beginning I was myself skeptical when a member of the West team emailed me over the top testimonials by many past clients, however, this was followed by later interviewing several realtors including those at the top 2 (in terms of volume of sales not services) and after all I decided to go ahead with the West team as my realtor. I wish to share the reasons for my decision to go ahead with the West team and the significant advantages of that decision so that you will make what I see as the right choice too and share the incredible services. The West team consist of over half a dozen members each offering their specialty and skills in their area of expertise and hence providing the optimal top notch services ranging from sales, listing, advertisement, upgrades, negotiations and customer relations. They fully engage seller in a well-designed strategy and planning and sales. They volunteer to oversee upgrades if so desired by the seller. They do the upgrades at a very effective cost. They know the right people who can get the job done at the best price and best quality. They upgraded my bathrooms for example at less than half the cost estimate that I got from various contractors and not only that, but they also contributed $500 to any upgrades the seller agrees so at the end the total cost was about a third of what I was quoted elsewhere. They professionally clean the property for free as well the day before it goes live. On the top of all these, they professionally stage your property to make it look even more attractive and all these services are for free and included in the usual 5% commission fee. Josh skillfully negotiated with the Buyer’s realtor to get me my most desirable deal which included earliest possible closing date and good deposit. Josh who is leading the West team himself visits the property and makes very skillful decisions as what upgrades would add the most of value to the property with best of judgments and carries out those upgrades agreed by the seller at the lowest possible cost. They made my property looks a lot more attractive by their updates. Aislyn Hanel who is the Listing manager in the team then prepares a very well written advertisement for MLS and engage you in its preparations in order to have the best possible scripts. They take professional photos of your property after staging it and your property looks even better in those pictures thanks to their superior skills. As a result of all these combined efforts by skillful members of the West team, it is very likely that they will make the quickest sale at the highest possible price or at the very least, they improve such possibility significantly none other in my view can probably match. I received 10 showing requests in the first 24 to 48 hours after my property went live and 2 offers. All these thanks to skills and incredible over the top services by TheWestTeam or should I call them the well-deserved name of TheBestTeam!!.
