My husband and I are federal government employees and relocated to Ottawa for work related reasons. A co-worker in Kingston had highly recommended Lynda as a real estate agent as he had purchased four houses from her over the years. I contacted Lynda on the Thursday prior to good Friday (10 days prior to our arrival) with five pages of house requirements/desirable's and potential locations. Within 24 hours, Lynda started sending us multiple listings (and continued to do so after our arrival) so that we could narrow down potential houses that we physically wanted to see. Given our short timelines, she addressed our property related questions and provided feedback almost immediately. She was there during the home inspection and continued to follow-up with the seller’s agent on various agreements to ensure they had been met, leading up to the possession date. On possession day, Lynda and her son Jim (and business partner) made arrangements to pick up the keys from the lawyer’s office, and literally rolled out the red carpet congratulating us on our new home! Lynda is the kindest, most sincere, honest and reliable agent that I have ever had throughout the various moves during my career. If you want an agent that you can trust and one who puts the clients needs above everything else, then Lynda is the agent for you!
