Please allow me to start from the end. Thanks to Ray, we found exactly what we wanted and I have no doubts that I'll call Ray again when we'll need a real estate agent in the future. Right from the beginning Ray asked us many questions that allowed him to create a very accurate filter, so we've received only notifications that answered our criteria. I'll be honest and say that I was skeptic about the filter, so I monitored on daily basis every new property on the market that matched the number of rooms we wanted and not even once met a property that was interesting to us that wasn't on the emailing list based on the filter. Every question we had was answered on the same day, mostly within minutes either on email or phone.
