Paolo came recommended from a friend and worked with me on finding a condo. From start to finish he helped me understand what I was getting into and what to look out for (good & bad). As a first time home buyer this was really important to me. He also has an incredible knowledge of the Ottawa housing/condo market, including lots of contacts. I'd ask about a condo and he'd come back with a lengthy research result each time. He's also a good guy and easy to trust. If I get a chance, I'll definitely work with him again and highly recommend him and the Premier Real Estate Group.

She is super knowledgeable; she pointed out things in walkthroughs we would have never noticed on our own and she was never afraid to be honest when it came to houses that were below par.
