Karen is the best!!! That says all. Here is our story: We are first time home buyers who moved to Canada couple of years ago, we know absolutely nothing about how things work here. I did a lot of research online and still so worried about the process. I have learned that agents would push buyers since that's how they can make money fast. Karen is definitely not one of them. She is so patient with us and educated us a lot on everything. We have worked with her for 4 months, and I don't even know how many houses she showed us. There are many times we heard other agents telling their clients " it is easy to fix" and try to push their clients. Karen is totally different. Many times I thought it is a OK house but it is always Karen saying "no" and explain why it is not right/too expensive/too much work for us. Her experience helped us a lot and all advices turn out to be right! When it comes to multiple offer/ negotiation, her strategy and experience is absolutely great! She treats her clients like family and anyone could definitely trust her and relaying on her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! We got more than what we could expect from an agent. She is awesome!

Prior to listing, she brings in a designer (not a stager), has a home inspection done, brings over boxes to help pack, and actually packed items for us, she even tallied our household bills. Likewise, her team was excellent, always courteous and pleasant communications. There was never any pressure from Karen; we always felt that she was after the best deal for us, not a quick sale. Our home went in multiple offers. What could have been a tense experience was mitigated by her calm demeanour in negotiating the deal seamlessly late into the night on a weekend.
