This is coming from a buyers experience. I have gone to their open houses on several occasions, often ignored when she was interactive with others. I suppose I didn't look the part. On one occasion, she argued with me because I failed to write down my specific address on the check-in. Instead, I followed the people before me that simply put their neighbourhood down. If she explained the reasoning behind it, I wouldn't have a mind. Instead, she became argumentative with me. Ever since I've cringed at the idea of running into this crabby lady. Thank goodness I found a home not listed by her. Another note, she listed a house and then a few days later increased the listing price by 100k. I emailed to enquire, they never returned my email. My advice to you would be to treat everyone equally regardless of how one looks. I hope she's better to deal with as a seller but as a buyer, no thanks.

The process was easy as they answered our every question and concern in their presentation. They staged our home to maximize the potential while accomodating us when we disagreed. Judy is a professional business person. I enjoy her no nonsense approach. I've used her and her firm for both the purchase and sale of my home and would defintely use her again. Keep in mind that most ratings are from people who like to whine and cry. I like Airbnb's approach where the person reviewed gets to review the guest as well. As with any large ticket purchase, you have the option to work with a person and company that's a good fit. Find one that works for you but as the Dalai Lama says: we are here to help people and if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them. Judy has built her company well and is a results oriented business woman. Defintely give her and her company a try. They know their market niche well.
