He is so good listener, Hard worker and punctual. what makes him different here is the Story: I am the first time home buyer and I buy because of Bennett help and their good realtor Mr. Mark Granada. I was looking for a home to buy since 2016, but it was impossible for us as First time home buyer because all other realtors will force you to increase your budget. Should a realtor disclose any potential financial risks of a home? Like, for example, I had the home inspector come in and he mentioned that I might want to test for lead as there is a pipe in the cellar. As a first time home buyer I know nothing about plumbing and so it would have been a really nice thing if they would have explained to me the potential risks as I now have to work with the town of smiths falls to tear up the street to get the pipe changed out and this is going to cost me an enormous amount of money. Also, I asked her for bill information and they never gave it to me. Should a realtor be able to give an estimate on the costs of living there, like gas, electricity and whatnot? Cause I think that would be sooooo helpful for future home buyers to have an idea of those costs before purchasing. Had I known all these costs in advance I might actually NOT have purchased this house so I'm wondering if maybe that's part of it? They wanted me to get into a house so badly she didn't tell me those key things? I'm just a bit disappointed that I'm now stuck with this house without having been given all the info about it. Maybe I should have asked different questions? But I don't even know WHAT to ask since this is all brand new for me. I also am greatly disappointed that now that they sold me this house, I maybe got one response from them from my emails but the ones where I'm asking these specific questions get ignored. So maybe just some tips for the future as there is nothing to be done here, but my experience certainly could have been better.

Our agent, Kevin, went absolutely above and beyond helping us to find our first home!! He had such vast knowledge about the construction and structural integrity of the homes that we saw. He honed in on our particulars right away so we could make our search more efficient. Kevin had answers to every single one of our millions of questions, and provided an honest opinion when that was what we asked. His responses to calls and email were always timely, and he was able to accommodate our schedule with incredible flexibility. Even though we were house hunting during the pandemic, and because of this only had 15 minutes of viewing time, he was the perfect guide, pointing us towards everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. We found our forever home within just a few weeks, and I honestly don't think we could have done it without Kevin. if I could select "0" stars I would. They have shown a total disregard for the health and safety of my family recently. A live as a tenant and they are showing the unit I live in. They have been piling up the showings without as much as asking me if it is ok. I guess they figure that they only require 24hrs. notice to the tenant. One day alone there is five showings...that is fifteen strangers in the house. They have asked potential buyer's to fill out a covid questionnaire, however as I discovered when asking to see them the names do not match the people entering the house. The agent Mark actually suggested that we have twenty buyer's come through the house in an hour to save time. Sounds like an open house to me.....so much for COVID safety. I guess at the end of the day the commission is more important than our health..... In response this has nothing to do with the landlord it is the realtor inability to recognize that we are in a pandemic. And you can't seem to manage a simple screening questionnaire. Second day ppeople showing up not having filled out the forms. So much for strict covid protocols.

I just wanted to share a very positive experience with Bennett Shop Properties on behalf of myself, Anthony, Anton, and Ann Tkachik. My dad has seen and heard Marnie Bennett on tv and was extremely impressed by her work ethics regarding a realtor and owner of Bennett Shop Realty. From the moment I completed an online form for a free home evaluation to the close of my sale, the entire experience was exceptionally professional. If you are buying or selling property it is better not to use Bennett Property Shop Realty Brokerage. First time I lost $$K deposits on condos that were build differently (very poor quality and different materials) than Bennett Property Shop Realty advertised. Then when was selling a house, my agent after showings got responses from Bennett Property Shop Realty Brokerage agents on same house that it was listed tooo high and another agent from same agency told that it was listed tooo low. House was sold with more than 100 showings in 1 weeks on more than 100K more than listed price. Do not waste you time and money with Bennett Property Shop Realty, they really do not care and unprofessional.
