So this should really read: 1 day on market, multiple offers, house sold. But that would not do justice to the effort that team Diraddo put into the sale of our home! They were a recommendation from a friend at work whose house they sold very quickly. One phone call later Justin is at my house in early June giving us an evaluation and arranging for his staging "artiste" (because that's what she is!) to come over and let us know what we needed to do to get the maximum from our house. Fast forward two months and we decide it's time to sell. One quick text to Justin and we are on the go. Team Diraddo (as they shall forever be known) are the full package. We had booked a paint crew but they let us down. Another text and Justin had his people come on two different nights to do a fantastic job on our house. Great crew who worked hard and never let us down. One week before the house went on the market in came the media guy to do outside photos including drone photos for the "Coming soon" posts. Two days before the house goes on the market Team Diraddo send in a cleaner for a deep clean of the house. One day before the house goes on the market in come the stagers and the photographer who made our house look like a palace (albeit a 1500sq ft palace) The next day the house goes on sale and we get 28 requests for showings right through the next few days. But, hey bada boom bada bing...Friday we get a fantastic offer that snowballed into five offers. House sold in one day. Always reachable at all hours, always responsive to calls or texts and they are very aware of the ups and downs of the market and also the technology that is out there to show your house in its best light. They won't baffle you with complicated facts and will take the time to explain their reasonings on various aspects of selling your house and it will all make sense. All very clear and concise. Don't stray from the path they lay out to sell your house. Follow their advice to the letter and you too could be the proud ex-owner of a great house!
