A big thank you to Team Ross with our house sale and new house purchase, from the start it was a great experience, they were very personable, professional and ready to assist us. Franci was a big support in giving advice on how to get the house ready for sale and explaining how things would go. She communicated every detail and kept us up to date in every aspect. We had a great time looking for new houses and she was extremely thoughtful in keeping us grounded when we felt like we wouldn't find anything. It all worked out in the end and we are very appreciative of her. I would highly recommend using this wonderful team as realtors and wouldn't hesitate one minute to use them again in the future.
