Had Fran Omera list our family cottage and the first sentence was this property is in need of serious help, not sure that was a description that will help sell our property for a good value and was told she was directed by the executor to write that, I would rather use a smaller company that would look out for our best interest, NEVER will I use RE-MAX.Update-I went to check out our cottage and upon entry I saw the literature for our cottage on our kitchen table and other cottages Fran is representing, She should be trying to sell our cottage and not others at our EXPENSE-SHAME ON YOU

Leanne Smith was absolutely amazing and went beyond our expectations. She was extremely helpful with selling our house and how she promoted our home to the market. Leanne was just as amazing when we were trying to purchase our next home. This can be a very stressful time as so much money is involved here was Leanne managed to keep everything in check and made sure each step went as smoothly as possible. Bank had them do an appraisal (I had no say in the matter). I got charged over $750 which is double the going rate, then when I asked to use the appraisal for a different bank, they charged me an extra $150. I would never go near these crooks again.
