We had very bad experience with our first realtor, so had concerns finding another, but he second we got off the zoom call with Ryan we felt 100x better & positive he was right for us. His knowledge of the market helped us buy a property $40k under market value while everything was going %10-20 over asking. He was fast, smart & aggressive when he had to be. He answer all our questions within minutes & walk us first time buyers through the full process. Super happy and will be using him again.

Ryan is an amazing real estate agent, he went above and beyond to get my father the most for his property. The house sold in a week. Could have sold the first day but we wanted to wait a little bit to see what offers we would get. Amazing job on videos and pictures. Overall a great guy who is honest and hard working. Ryan did an amazing job for me searching for a home. It didn't matter how long he had to drive to help me with that search. Ryan works out of Orillia, but is willing to go out of his way to help you (Huntsville for example). He was patient with any questions or concerns I may have had. He was always quick to respond. He makes sure he follows up. Ryan understands the stress that goes along with moving, whether buying or selling a house, and does his very best to alleviate that stress. I found Ryan to be very professional, and very conscientious to make sure I was satisfied. He may look too young to be good at what he does, but I assure you I would not hesitate to use Ryan again in the future!
