After my tenants moved out, we were looking to increase the value of our rental property (after our mortgage payments we were sometimes only netting $50). Sean advised me on things I could do to make my property more appealing, and used his social media + ads + buyer/renter database, as well as a lawn sign to help fill my rental with high quality tenants.
