We used Rosemary Wright at Sage to purchase my last house. We felt pressured and uncomfortable and without proper guidance. She brought in "experts" to assess the house and assured us we got a great deal. After moving in we soon realized how awful the place was. We felt so cheated and taken advantage of. We have now moved to a lovely place without the "help" of Sage. Terrible experience.

We loved working with Michelle Kaweesa. She was cool, straight-talking, responsive and a "friendly shark" (precisely what we were looking for and she ultimately made some smooth moves on offer night). She saw the value of a home that needed a bit of TLC and never made us feel bad about our budget or pressuring us to raise it. When we had a huge risk by buying a property before selling our existing one we needed to sell and close within a tight deadline and at the right price. We looked at a couple of agents, but in the end we decided to go with Kristy. I cannot thank her enough. Her attention to detail, and making sure all the paperwork was done correctly and in a timely manner, dealing with our mortgage manager and lawyer, as well as her eye for detail when it came to staging and promoting the property.
