Had excellent service with this brokerage! Jennifer Meade helped me get my first condo rental back in 2017, and she took all the stress out of the rental process! I couldn't imagine doing it without her, she helped so much in regards to helping me get all my paperwork in order. She provided me with variety of quality listings and was super accommodating when it came to going to the viewing appointments, and was understanding of my concerns with the ones I did not like. When it came time for me to move again I naturally asked her to help me out a second time! One of their agents, Jessie, has no concerns for anything other than grubbing money. She sold us a rental unit with absurd amount of issues. Two of the four doors in the house didn't close, there was NO fire detector in the house (which is illegal), water leak so severe that part of the ceiling broke apart, exposing electric cords above the ceiling, and so on. When I complained about the issue she responded to me in a very obnoxious way, insisting that it wasn't her responsibility to know about the issues. Avoid this place at all cost.
