We bought our Beautiful spot in Grand Bend in 2013. Through a friend we got in contact with Justin from Prime Real Estate. Justin is a very nice, energetic, professional, hard working realtor who listens to his customers and tries hard to please them. The deal went fast and smooth and we love and enjoy our property very much. For some reason we had to decided to sell our property in 2016 and contacted Justin. Justin came, listened to what we wanted him to do and he put our house on the market. Justin did his very best but there was hardly any interest for our property at that time. So after a bit we took it of the market. Then it was on the market 2x with 2 different realtors, but no success. We found the 2 realtors were not so professional as Justin was the first time. In 2020 we called Justin again and told him we were really ready to sell. Justin made it happen; he did his very best and more, we were in contact often and we had quit some people who were interested. Timing was also right we think. Last May the deal went through, Justin found the buyer and we are really happy with the new owners who bought our beautiful place. For Justin, we became good friends and we wish him all the best in the future. For sure recommend him and Prime Real Estate !!
