In 2017, I moved from K-W to Listowel due to personal necessity. Imagine my surprise, meeting someone as personable and knowledgeable as Tracy Miller-Weber. From the outset, she anticipated what I was looking for, even though I wasn’t much help ????. We viewed a number of properties all over town, and Tracy was always prompt, gracious and full,of tidbits about property, location, the town too. I was able to work out a deal, mostly remotely due to work obligations, and Tracy was always available, super helpful and very attentive. I couldn’t have asked for more in a realtor. We also looked at homes all over the province and this was the only agency who required us to sign papers before even allowing us to look at the home. We travelled a distance to get to Listowel in a snow storm. So reluctanly signed the buyers papers but only for fourty eight hours. After loving the house enough,despite the agency, we bought the house. Six months later our house listing details are still on the website like our home is still for sale even after repeated calls and requests to remove it. Also not good business. It is not everyone's business what my home listed for and should not be public knowledge six months after the fact.

When we were considering buying a second house, Kempston and Werth would not show us properties without having pre approval for a mortgage. We went with another real estate agent in Listowel, who showed us houses while we were in our research stage and subsequently bought our second house from that agent.
