Jennifer and her team walked us through selling our current home and finding us a new home. Our criteria for the new home was an income property. With not much available they found us a beautiful duplex in an older neighborhood which is perfect. Meeting Jay Friesen purely by chance turned out to be a good omen for my wife and I. Our search for a new home in Woodstock started in November 2020. Covid shut downs and lack of inventory on the market pushed our seach out to the end of March 2021.
