It was in 2017 I first met Janet Lange and she emailed me a quote of my houses worth at that time. I was unsure when I was going to sell but as it turned out my name came up quicker than anyone thought for an apartment across town. Janet listened to my needs and wants, and very carefully I might add. As my home sold for not just more than asking but more that I was hoping for. She was there answering any question and if the question could not be answered she made sure I got the answer in a quick fashion. The team that was hired for the staging was unbelievable and very polite as well. I would recommend Home & Company as well as Janet and any other agent that works there. If your are buyimg or selling give this team a chance as I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated.
