Our experience with Faris team was extremely frustrating! From the moment we met with our agent. The agent claimed Faris sells their homes faster than any other realtor company. I watched houses sell within days listed locally and ours sat unseen for weeks! We didn't have a showing for nearly the first month. We dropped the price of our home twice before anyone even walked through it! Our agent was frequently unreachable which I found highly unprofessional. The system Faris Team uses was never explained to me. I sat unclear of my expectations in the role of the sale of my home for months. For the money real estate makes you would think they would put more effort into satisfying their clients. I will never recommend Faris team EVER!

Kyle Asselin was an agent that knew what he was doing. It was a difficult time this past spring, navigating the crazy vacation property market. He was always available to take my call and was very patient with me. This purchase of a property was a permanent home for me.
