SHADY!! STAY AWAY FROM TEAMS & STAY AWAY FROM EXP I dont usually give 1 star to anyone but this company does not deserve any stars. I worked for them for over 5 months. paid my share of 20% split and more in fees. Every payment was 2-3 weeks late. FORGET ABOUT REPLY"S FROM THE TRANSACTION OR ANY DEPARTMENT. IF THEY REPLY THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES LIKE WE GOT SWAPPED WITH DEALS, OUR 1000 AGENTS DID 2000 DEALS IN ONE DAY. LMAO.. BROKER OF RECORD "ANGELA IS MIA. IN MY 5 MONTHS WITH EXP I NEVER MET HER OR HEARD HER VOICE. I RECEIVED ONE EMAIL FROM HER WHICH HAD 10 SENTENCES. NO REPLYS, NOTHING.... MUTUAL RELEASE WITH THIS BROKERAGE TAKES 30 - 45 DAYS ON AN AVERAGE. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BRING MORE PEOPLE ON EXP. THERE ISN'T ANY REAL TRAINING, JUST FOOLING PEOPLE WITH TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST TEAM AND HIGHEST NUMBER OF AGENTS. ( EVERYONE IS PART TIME REALTOR) BEST PART - IF YOU THINK THEY HAVE PYRAMID SCHEME? YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT... YOU CAN BECOME SUCCESSFUL IF YOU ARE "AMWAY" TYPES GUY WHO CAN FOOL PEOPLE EASILY BY GIVING THEM OPTIONS LIKE LEADS, PAPERWORK AND TRAINING. NO ONE WANTS TO CONTINUE WITH THEM AFTER 6 MONTHS. I AM GLAD I AM OUT OF THIS HELL. STAY AWAY GUYS.... JOIN A SMALLER LOCAL BROKERAGE INSTEAD.

Mr Wael Elzarka is the most unprofessional person i’ve ever seen! this person hired us to do cleaning job at one of the place he was selling. the ladies did the job but he didn’t pay the full amount! Wael Elzarka will be reported everywhere! i do not recommend dealing with him in any business! do not let this person lie to you or fool you! use you for his business and then don’t pay you what you deserved
