We listed with Andrew & Corona Realty and in just 1 week we received 24 offers and Andrew sold our home for more than $227, 000 over our list price. We had non-stop showings and Andrew worked hard to co-ordinate each one with our schedule. His advice and recommendations were spot on. He did everything he said he'd do and he communicated with us every step of the way. His experience and knowledge about real estate and the market really comes through. Oh yeah, by the way, he also charged us a lower commission than anyone else we considered. What a great deal! We got a fantastic commission rate and more money than we ever imagined we could get for our home. Why would anyone pay high commission to a Team of less experienced agents when you could get this kind of service and experience directly from an Experienced Professional such as Andrew?? As like anyone, I was skeptical at first if Andrew would be as good as an agent not offering cash back. In fact it turns out that the other parties realtor did not even try to poach me for the next transaction citing that 'you will probably go with Andrew again as he is very good'.
