Christina sold my brother's last 2 homes in KW and he highly recommended her to my wife and I. With too many agents to choose from it was great to get a personal recommendation - so I'm passing along my experience for others looking for a very personable, very professional, and very effective agent in KW. Christina has been wonderful to work with, from start to finish. She met us on our schedule, presented a comprehensive market survey to help establish a fair price, and provided several pieces of furniture and accesories to help stage the house - it never looked so good! She has a professional photographer and even had him return to retake the kitchen after we replaced the appliances. She hosted open houses right away and always gave us feedback and updates on viewer's comments and likelyhood of making an offer. We always felt her advice and information was honest and accurate. We never felt she was giving us the "hussle" just to get her commision - which is *very* competitive. She reviewed the inevitable paperwork with us with patience, clearly explaining what we were signing. She made it easy to digitally sign documents so the whole process was quick and painless. She also recommended a lawyer who has also been easy to work with. This was a parent's home we were selling - when it comes time to sell our own home, we won't hesitate to call Christine again.

Beware of these realtors, especially Christina Rooney. She rented me a condo but didn't tell me that she intended to keep trying to sell it. I have a family with two children and I had to endure regular showings. When I complained about it, she lied by saying that she informed of their intention to sell it. Nothing was stated about it in the lease and when I said that I was going to get a lawyer she immediately sent me a copy of the relevant law showing that CMA was entitled to show the condo. Sleazy. I will never again deal with her or CMA.
