Misleading. I was asked why I chose Century 21 - I said “because of Air Miles”. I was not corrected. Only at the sale of the house, I find out the local office does not participate in Air Miles. I could have gone to a different place or sold it privately if they would have told me they don’t do air miles anymore. Shady - very shady. Also: after agent collects a 5 figure commission, is there any thank you’s?? NO! Not a one!! I got a thank you card from Leon’s Furniture when I bought a cabinet!! But yet there’s no “thanks for giving us thousands of dollars to put your house on the internet”! Save your money. Sell your house privately!!! All they did was put it on the internet. Any fool can do that. Used house salesmen (that’s what you are.....too bad there’s no fancy word like ‘realtor’ for a used car salesmen....) are a rip-off.

This review is to counter Minisa's review. Wendy is the utmost professional realtor there is. Your review is very misleading for Wendy and her company. She truly is an agent who listens to what your needs & wants are and doesn't stop looking until she has found the property that best suits your requirements. Her fun and positive attitude made her a joy to work with and her honesty was refreshing. We would highly recommend Wendy Ferris and her whole company to anyone interested in purchasing a home or selling a home!
