We have been dealing with one of their agents Theo (seller's agent) as buyers on the other side. He is not at all cooperative or responsive! Our agent has to call, leave messages, and do everything she can by even calling the office in order to get a response from the guy after several days. DAYS! You should be professional for both sides, not just your clients. We are on a time sensitive matter with our bank and need to be in contact with the sellers in order to change the closing date. (It's currently set on the new public holiday so the bank requires changes.) But he is not getting back to us at all. What a way to ruin your realty's reputations.

Blair was our realtor when we rented our condo, and we couldn't have been happier with him and Blue Elephant! The photos they took were fantastic, and brought in tons of showings. We were able to rent it very quickly, even during the typically slow summer months. Blue Elephant has kept up with technology, so we were able to schedule showings - and eventually sign all of the paperwork - electronically. This was such a huge bonus considering we had moved away internationally! Blair took care of everything in finding our tenants, and did background checks, reference calls, and laid out the "pros and cons" of our offers for us when it was time to make a decision. He patiently answered all of my (many!) questions throughout the process, and we ended up with wonderful tenants. We loved Blair and Blue Elephant, they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the help renting our home!

I was a tenant at a condo listed with Blue Elephant Realty. I was told I would get email notifications and advance warning for showings. Instead I got sporadic text messages from the agent and on THREE separate occasions people keyed into my apartment while I had no idea they were coming- on one of those occasions I was showering and during another I was asleep. I emailed a complaint and received no answer. And at the end of the day they were never able to sell the condo anyway. My suggestion- go somewhere professional.

I was a potential buyer who bid on a property listed by Blue Elephant. The listing agent was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and not transparent. To say communication was poor is generous. To be clear, this review is not because I was not the successful bidder but because the listing agent was unfair, extremely disorganized and lacked basic common courtesy. Her cavalier attitude when my agent and I expressed our concerns and disappointment on how the process was handled was insulting. The worst brokerage I've ever worked with and will avoid in the future. Disgraceful.
