I'm on the other side of the fence. In trying to purchase our families first home we went back and forth one or twice all normal. But was then given a verbal "620 meet that date request and that will do It" so we did as this absolutely would have been our family for her home. Then we hear nothing back....only to hear sorry, they decided to go with the other offer. I feel like giving a family the verbal agreement and going back on it was unethical and not right! Here is a review from a couple who so far have not had a good experience with realtors to say the least. Scott Benson and Michelle Champagne changed that for us. We started working with Scott Benson and we were impressed with his professional approach. He is a man who follows up on his promises (not so in our past experience). For example, he gave as a professional interior decorator who staged our home with refreshed look (other realtors promise that service but seemed to find a way out of it).
