Have dealt with many realtors who are in this Canadian inflated housing market to make a quick buck. These realtors don't represent the interest of their clients, they only want to push a deal on their clients so the realtors can make maximum commission out of that deal in a short time and move on to the next client. But this is where we found Navi to be completely different. She's absolutely dedicated to her client's interests, so hard working and very detailed in her approach. As first time home buyers, the entire process was overwhelming at first untill Navi came in the picture who simplified everything for us. She's meticulous in her approach, organized and very detailed with her work giving her clients - statistical analysis for the recommendations she makes (something no other realtor had shared with us before). The buying process got intense towards closing but she held us together while providing us all the advice/information needed to take informed decisions in the nick of time. I've seen realtors who will try to squeeze every penny out of their clients even when buying so that realtors get maximum commission but not Navi. She was well aware of our upper limits and yet she aggressively negotiated to close the deal well below our upper limits. I don't write reviews that often but this one deserves it. Anyone looking to deal in real estate in Toronto or GTA, give her a shout and wait to be impressed!

Navi has been our confidant and guide throughout this entire journey. Hence it is no surprise that she was our first and only preference when we got into the market for an investment property.
